Перетяни себе ещё кнопку ПОКАЗА ИЗОБРАЖЕНИЙ или ПОКАЗА КЕШИРОВАННЫХ или ОТКЛЮЧИТЬ ПОКАЗ ИЗОБРАЖЕНИЙ. Всё переключается одним щелчком. Таким образом много лишних картинок останутся за бортом. Следовательно, и траффик будет в порядке.

Я кажется понял в чем проблема. Там есть такая функция "Обновить из кеша" . Если вернуться назад, остановить загрузку и нажать её, то страница прогружается из кеша, а не из интернета. Но вот как сделать, чтобы страница ВСЕГДА автоматически обновлялась из кеша? Я не пойму.

Я канеш не могу понять в чем тут дело, но у меня недозагруженная страница, при нажатии "назад" загружается именно из кеша. Так Было и на 9.24 (и на предыдущих версиях) и на 9.25 так же. Настройки по умолчанию стоят, практически. Я только панели под себя настраиваю, количество подключений увеличиваю и рисунки загружались все чтобы.

Вышла опера 9.5 - только что поставил и с нее пишу. Пока увидел изменение интерфейса. Еще заметил, что сервера их лежат - имхо народ-то качает...
