There is some questions about mobile communications in foreign countries on forum. In my opinion, It's a good idea to ask them in english. Therefore the separate section is needed and foreign people can answer to them. The posts of Dino-Min in this topic give me this idea.
And next: Euro 2012 is coming. And I think, there will be tourists that can't speak russian/ukrainian but have interest in mobile communication of our country

If you proposal means exactly what you just told then I apologise - it's not a bad idea to do so. As for EURO 2012 - I don't think that visitors will ever bother about mobile communication - they will be searching for entertainment here as cheap boose, sex and sightseeing .

Адрес полностью написал на русском (кроме названия страны и фамилии и имени).

Разница 12 минут от момента оформления заказа. Точнее не от момента заказа, а от момента регистрации. Т.е. прибавляем время на заполнение анкеты, выходит около 8-9 минут.
